SyncBase relies on webhooks to keep your Shopify store and Airtable base in sync. When you make a change in Shopify or Airtable, webhooks are triggered to let SyncBase know something has changedâso we can reflect that change in the other system. From Airtable to Shopify, this works smoothly. From Shopify to Airtable, not all actions in Shopify trigger a webhookâwhich can lead to changes not being reflected in Airtable. Data is synchronized in real-time (few seconds). Please consider these two parameters to understand deeper on what speed is based. API health: SyncBase is based on Shopify and Airtable APIs. If one of these tools have API issue this will reflect on SyncBase. API calls limitations: each Shopify store has a number of API calls per second authorized according to your Shopify plan.Few readersâ What can I change or add to my synced base?

đď¸ My Variant's metafield is not updating: whatâs happening?
Shopify API choice For some reasons, Shopify does not send us webhooks (technical information that tells us youâve change something) when youâre updating a Product Variant Metafield value in your Shopify admin pannel. If we do not received webhook, we do not know that you made an update and then we cannot reflect this on Airtable. Workaround Best solution is to use your Airtable to change these informations. đ Missing Variants IDs and Products IDs in Orders tab
Some of your records inside the Orders tab display 0 for columns Product ID and/or Variant ID? No worries, this is a normal behavior. It means that your product or variant does not exist anymore in your store catalog. Because: You added a Custom Item during the order process (and Shopify does not create a Product from that) You deleted a Product or Variant.Few readersđ My order is not updating: whatâs happening?

If you want to edit a Shipping Address from Airtable, then Shopify requires a complete address. Which mean that you need to provide, at least, these informations: Shipping First Name Shipping Last Name Shipping Address 1 Shipping City Shipping Postal Code Shipping Country Otherwise, Shopify API wonât accept any update from Airtable.Few readers
