📁 My Collection is not updating: what’s happening?

For some reasons, Shopify does not send us webhooks (technical information that tells us you’ve change something) when you’re updating some informations for a Collection.


If we do not received webhook, we do not know that you made an update and then we cannot reflect this on Airtable.


These actions are concerned:

  • Updating Collection’s title
  • Updating Collection’s description
  • Updating Collection’s handle
  • Updating Collection’s SEO meta title and description
  • Updating Collection’s featured image


Workarounds


  • Best solution is to use your Airtable to change these informations.
  • These informations will also update when another collection webhook is triggered.
  • We're also working on a new feature this will let you refresh your Airtable synced base with your store data whenever you want to.
