๐Ÿ’ณ How pricing & billing works

SyncBase billing runs through your Shopify subscription, and your plan controls how much data you can sync. Here's how it all fits together.

Free trial and your first charge

Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial. After that, your subscription begins and you're billed monthly through your Shopify bill โ€” SyncBase itself never charges your card directly.

๐Ÿ‘‰ When will I be charged for my subscription?

Choosing your plan

Plans are sized around your store's variants and orders, so the right plan depends on your store's overall size, not just the data you actively choose to sync.

Even products, orders, or customers tagged SyncIgnore still count toward this. SyncBase has to process and filter it out โ€” the record itself is excluded from your Airtable base, but it's still Shopify data your store generates.

See the full plan breakdown on the SyncBase pricing page.

Switching plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Settings tab in the SyncBase app, and switch from monthly to annual billing whenever it suits you โ€” no reconfiguration needed either way.

Downgrading to a lower tier than your current data volume can break your sync. Check your usage before switching down.

Tracking your usage and plan limits

You can check your current variants and orders usage against your plan limit right in the app โ€” it resets on the first of each month. If you hit a limit, SyncBase warns you before anything breaks, so you have time to upgrade.

Large stores and custom needs

If your store outgrows the standard plans, or you need custom features, SyncBase offers an Enterprise plan starting at $200/month, tailored to your data volume and setup.

Pausing or canceling

Subscriptions can't be paused. If you want to stop being charged, you'll need to uninstall the app โ€” your Airtable base stays intact, only the sync stops.
