๐Ÿ“Š Track your resources usage

SyncBase lets you track your monthly resource usage directly in the app. This helps you make sure your store stays within the limits of your current plan. For now, SyncBase tracks variants and orders usage based on your Shopify data. You can check this section from the main tab or the Settings tab.

Where to find your resources usage

  1. Open the SyncBase app from your Shopify admin.
  2. Go to the main tab or the Settings tab.
  3. Find the Resources usage section.
  4. Review your current usage for variants and orders.

How resources usage works

SyncBase currently tracks:

  • Variants
  • Orders

Your usage is based on your Shopify data. The limits depend on the plan you are currently using.

You can review the limits for each plan on the SyncBase pricing page.

When you need to take action

You only need to pay attention to the data you are actually syncing.

For example, if you are not syncing orders, you can ignore the order limit even if it is reached. The same logic applies to any tracked resource: it only matters if that data is part of your synchronization.

If you reach the limit for a resource that you are syncing, your synchronization may be at risk. In that case, you need to upgrade to a plan that matches your usage.

When the counter resets

Your resources usage resets on the first day of each month.
