❌ How can I uninstall the app and stop my subscription?

Once uninstall our app will stop running and your Airtable base won’t be sync to your store anymore.

You can uninstall the app and stop your subscription from your Shopify Admin panel.

Our app will be uninstall and you won't be charge anymore.

Go to our app in Shopify
Click on the 3 dots
Select uninstall
Tell us why you’re leaving and confirm

What about my Airtable and Shopify subscriptions?

SyncBase is a separate tool from Airtable and Shopify. Uninstalling SyncBase only stops your SyncBase subscription — it does not cancel your Airtable plan or your Shopify plan.

If you also want to stop paying for those tools, you need to cancel them directly with each provider:

Airtable — from your Airtable account / workspace billing settings
Shopify — from your Shopify Admin settings

⚠️ We don't have access to your Airtable or Shopify accounts, so we can't cancel these subscriptions for you.
