👮 Shopify & Airtable API limits

As a connector we’re using both Airtable and Shopify API to run. And these tools impose API limitations regarding your plans.

Airtable


  • Numbers of records: Airtable authorize a number of records per base. This can prevent us from creating a sync base because we can not add all your products/variants/orders & co as your records limits is reached.
  • API calls: Airtable also limit the number API calls per month for their Free and Team plans.

In case your hit their limits, you will then need to upgrade in one (or both) tools.



What happens when you hit the Airtable API limit


Reaching your Airtable plan's API limit can cause Airtable to automatically disconnect SyncBase from your base. The synchronization stops. You will receive similar E-Mails:



To avoid hitting the API limit again, upgrade your Airtable plan. A higher plan gives you a larger API allowance.


If you hit your Airtable API limit, check your token and webhook status in the SyncBase app straight away and contact us. We will help you to restore the connection.
