🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Customers synchronization : how does it work?

You can synchronize your Customers with Airtable thanks to SyncBase. This topic explains how it works.

Overview

Customers data can be found in the Customers tab.
Customers metafields data can be found in the Customers Metafields tab.
Each record in the Customers tab represents a single customer.
During the base generation, SyncBase automatically imports customers from the last 3 months.

Customers data you can sync

SyncBase supports syncing key customer information, including:

Customer ID
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone
Default Address
Amount Spent
Number of orders
Tags
Note
Marketing preferences
Customers metafields

Customers history

During the Base Generation step, SyncBase automatically syncs your customers from the past 3 months.

Need more? If you're on a Business, Elite, or Enterprise plan, you can request a custom import of older customer data—just contact us via our chat.

Creating a new customer from Shopify

When a new Customer is created in your Shopify store, it will be synced to Airtable within seconds.
