🔁 Data synced with SyncBase

Find all the Shopify data SyncBase can sync with your Airtable base in the list below, along with the Airtable field type used for each column.


Overview


  • You can choose which data to sync at any time from the SyncBase app.
  • For each table you activate, SyncBase automatically creates the corresponding tab (Products, Variants, ...) and synced columns in your Airtable base.


⚠️ Do not delete or rename a tab or column SyncBase has created, change its field type, or run formulas on synced fields. The app uses these SyncBase created fields to identify and update your data, and any change will break the sync. See the full list of things you can modify here: Do's and Don'ts


We're adding new data to the sync regularly, so if something is missing, simply reach out at support@syncbase.app.

Metafields

Each metafield becomes its own column (named namespace.key) in the corresponding Metafields table. The Airtable field type is determined automatically based on the Shopify metafield type (text, number, checkbox, date, etc.).

Metaobjects


  • All metaobjects (definitions + entries)


Each metaobject definition becomes its own table (MO - <Name> - <ID>). Field types follow the same Shopify-to-Airtable mapping as metafields.

Linked fields between tables


SyncBase automatically creates linked record fields between your tables to reflect the relationships in your Shopify data. These linked fields are created in pairs.


⚠️ Do not modify, rename, or delete any of these linked fields. SyncBase uses them to navigate between tables and keep your data consistent. Any change will break the sync.
