Yes — you can switch your SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync billing plan from monthly to annually at any time.

Many merchants choose to start with a monthly plan to test the app, then move to an annual plan once everything is running smoothly. SyncBase is flexible, so you’re free to change whenever it makes sense for you.

Switching from a monthly to an annual plan

Changing your billing plan only takes a few clicks and is done directly from your Shopify admin.

1. Open the SyncBase app from your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Click on Manage plan.
4. Select the annual plan you want to switch to.
5. Confirm your choice.

That’s it — your billing plan will be updated immediately based on your selection.
