🚦 Sync status - How can I know that my sync is still active?

Keeping an eye on your synchronization status helps ensure everything runs smoothly between Shopify and Airtable. SyncBase gives you a clear overview so you can quickly confirm that your setup is active and healthy.

How to check your synchronization status

Go to your Synchronization tab. There, you’ll find several indicators.

  1. Sync status: this tells you whether a valid Airtable-synced base is connected.
  2. Sync direction: shows the current synchronization direction (two-way, Shopify → Airtable, or Airtable → Shopify).
  3. Airtable token status: indicates whether your Airtable access token is valid and active.
  4. Webhooks: SyncBase relies on Shopify and Airtable webhooks to trigger updates automatically. You can verify that all required webhooks are properly registered.
  5. Tasks: Displays the number of remaining operations waiting to be processed in your sync queue.

If everything is green and there are no pending tasks, your synchronization is running smoothly.

👉 If something looks off, you can take action directly from this page (refresh webhooks, clear the queue, etc.). And of course, feel free to reach out on the live chat if you need help.
