Shopify API choice

For some reasons, Shopify does not send us webhooks (technical information that tells us you’ve change something) when you’re updating a Product Variant Metafield value in your Shopify admin pannel.

If we do not received webhook, we do not know that you made an update and then we cannot reflect this on Airtable.

Workaround

Best solution is to use your Airtable to change these informations.
These informations will also update when another order webhook will be triggered.
We're also working on a new feature this will let you refresh your Airtable synced base with your store data whenever you want to.
