Some of your records inside the Orders tab display 0 for columns Product ID and/or `Variant ID`?

No worries, this is a normal behavior.
It means that your product or variant does not exist anymore in your store catalog.

Because:
You added a Custom Item during the order process (and Shopify does not create a Product from that)
You deleted a Product or Variant.

If your Products/Variants still exists but these columns are displaying 0, then contact us via our live chat.
