➖ How to delete a metaobject entry from SyncBase?

For safety reasons, the option to delete all records from your Airtable-synced base—and therefore all related Shopify metaobject entries—is disabled by default.This feature is highly sensitive because it can erase all your entries for a metaobject definition in under 30 seconds.


Recommended way to delete metaobject entries


To safely delete entries from your Shopify store that are synced with Airtable, follow these steps:


  1. In Airtable: Filter the entries you want to remove.
  2. Change the status: to DRAFT status.
  3. In Shopify: Use the status to filter entries.
  4. Bulk delete the selected entries directly from Shopify.
