💎 How SyncBase works?

You never install SyncBase just for fun—there’s always a purpose behind it!

This guide explains what SyncBase offers (App, Studio, and Support) and how everything works together to streamline your operations.


Base generation


Once connected to Airtable, need can set up an Airtable-synced base. And either choose our 1-click set up (with default settings) or customize your synchronization.


1-click set up


Once connected to Airtable, a single click is all it takes to generate an Airtable-synced base for your store with default settings.


The app will then generate a new base in your Airtable workspace with 8 tabs:

  • Products
  • Products Metafields
  • Variants (including Inventory)
  • Variants Metafields
  • Last 3 months Orders (including Line Items)
  • Orders metafields
  • Last 3 months Customers
  • Customers Metafields


From this synced Airtable base, you can add, update, or delete data as needed.


To keep things efficient during your base generation, we sync only your 250 most recent orders. New orders will sync automatically.



Custom synchronization


Our default setup works for most users—but if you need something different, we’ve got you covered.

You can request a custom sync: exclude certain data, connect to an existing Airtable base, or tailor the setup to your workflow.


Very soon, you’ll be able to do this directly through our revamped app interface.


Instant and 2-ways synchronization


Your Airtable base syncs with Shopify in real time.

Changes in Airtable reflect instantly in Shopify—and vice versa.
