If you want to start over from scratch, change the Airtable account linked to SyncBase, or reconnect with a new token, you can delete your current Airtable connection. This will fully disconnect SyncBase from your Airtable account and stop the synchronization. Your existing Airtable base will remain intact.

Steps to delete your Airtable connection

1. Open the SyncBase app from your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
4. Find the Delete Airtable connection section.
5. Click on the Delete synchronization button.

What happens next

By deleting your Airtable connection, SyncBase will no longer be linked to your Airtable account.

• Your Airtable base remains intact.
• Your synchronization stops.
• Your Airtable account is disconnected from SyncBase.

You can then connect a new Airtable account and generate a new synced base.
