If you want to pause your synchronization or start from scratch, you can delete your current sync in a few steps. This action will disconnect the synced Airtable base from your Shopify store, without deleting any data.

Steps to delete your synchronization

1. Open the SyncBase app from your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the Operations tab.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
4. Find the Delete synchronization section.
5. Click on the Delete synchronization button.

What happens next

Your synchronization will be removed, meaning your Shopify store is no longer connected to the Airtable base.

• Your Airtable base remains intact (no data is deleted).
• Your Airtable account stays connected to SyncBase.
• Only the link between your store and this specific base is removed.

You can generate a new synced base anytime if you want to restart your setup.
