SyncBase lets you decide how your data flows between Shopify and Airtable:

• Two-way sync
• One-way: Shopify → Airtable
• One-way: Airtable → Shopify

You can set this during onboarding, and update it later at any time.

Below is how to choose (and change) your sync direction.

During the base generation

1. Wait until you reach the Sync direction step.
2. Choose the sync direction that fits your workflow.
3. Continue the onboarding process.

✅ Your sync will now follow the direction you selected.

After base generation

1. Open the SyncBase app.
2. Go to the Synchronization tab.
3. Update your sync direction preference.
4. Click Update direction.

✅ Your sync direction is immediately updated.
