If you no longer need some of the tables included during your base generation, you can easily remove them from the sync. This allows you to keep your base clean and save on record limits.

Steps to unsync tables

1. Open the live chat in SyncBase.
2. Share your store name and tell us which tables you want to unsync.
3. Wait for our confirmation — once we’ve unsynced them, you’ll be notified.

That’s it! The selected tables will stop syncing with Shopify.

Optional: remove the tables

After the unsync is confirmed, you can safely delete these tables in Airtable if you don’t need the historical data. Doing so helps you reduce the total record usage in your base.
