๐Ÿ” Grant SyncBase access to your synced Airtable base

If you reach out to our team via live chat for an issue, we may ask you to share access to your synced Airtable base. This access is often essential to diagnose and fix the problem. In fact, issues are typically resolved 3ร— faster when we have access to both your Shopify store and your Airtable base.


How to add SyncBase to your Airtable base


  1. Open your synced base in Airtable.
  2. Click the "Share" button at the top right.
  3. In the โ€œInvite by emailโ€ field, enter: brebiasync@gmail.com
  4. Make sure the Notify people checkbox is checked.
  5. Click Invite.




Don't forget to remove access afterward


Airtable charges per user per month. Once your issue is resolved, you can safely remove SyncBase from your base to avoid extra charges.
