🔐 Grant SyncBase access to your Shopify store

If you reach out to our team via live chat for an issue, we may ask you to share access to your Shopify store. This access is often essential to diagnose and fix the problem. In fact, issues are typically resolved 3× faster when we have access to both your Shopify store and your Airtable base.

How to add SyncBase to your Shopify store

  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. Open your Settings.
  3. Select “Users and permissions”.
  4. On the staff section, click on Add staff.
  5. Enter SyncBase informations: First name ⇒ SyncBase + Last name ⇒ Team + Email ⇒ brebiasync@gmail.com
  6. Add store permissions. Best is to add all permissions, but depending on what is the issue you can select dedicated permissions (Products, Customers etc.).
  7. Add app permissions. We only need access to SyncBase (unless we mentioned it).
  8. Click on Send invite.

Removing access afterward

Once your issue is resolved, you can safely remove SyncBase from your staff list. If you're unsure whether the issue is fully resolved, it's best to keep access enabled.
