DUPLICATE_TABLE_NAME

📌 Cause: This error happens when you select "Generate base into an existing base", and some of the tables in that base already have the same names that SyncBase is trying to create.

This often occurs if you:

  1. Generated a base once,
  2. Deleted the synchronization,
  3. And then tried generating another base into the same Airtable base.

  • SyncBase tries to create a table called Orders, but your base already has a table with that name.

✅ Solution

  1. Open the Airtable base where you want to generate data.
  2. Rename or delete the conflicting tables.
  3. Try generating the base again.

INVALID_PERMISSIONS_OR_MODEL_NOT_FOUND

📌 Cause: This error appears when your Airtable Personal Token does not have the required permissions to generate the base.

✅ Solution

  1. Log in to your Airtable account and go on your Tokens section.
  2. Check that the Personal Token you’re using for SyncBase has all the required scopes and grants access to all resources. (See our 1-minute tutorial video here.)
  3. Try generating the base again.
