# 🤝 SyncBase support: what's included and when it becomes paid

This article explains what support is included with SyncBase, and when help becomes a paid expert call.

# What's included

Every SyncBase merchant gets:

* A free onboarding call to set up your Shopify-Airtable sync and generate your base.
* About one month of human support after onboarding, while you get your sync running.

During this period, reach us through the in-app live chat and we'll help you directly.

# After your first month

Once you're set up, support continues two ways:

* In-app AI assistant - answers most questions instantly from this Help Center, available any time in the app.
* Paid expert call - for anything needing a human (custom Airtable setups, automations, strategy), book a 30-minute call with a SyncBase expert.

# Custom and advanced setups

Some setups are too custom for free support: complex reference or metafield configs, bespoke automations, or large migrations. Our in-house Airtable experts can help or build it for you in a paid mission. Reach out in the in-app live chat for a custom proposal.
