# 📁 My Collection is not updating: what’s happening?

# Shopify API choice

For some reasons, Shopify does not send us webhooks (technical information that tells us you’ve change something) when you’re updating some informations for a Collection.

If we do not received webhook, we do not know that you made an update and then we cannot reflect this on Airtable.

These actions are concerned:
* Updating Collection’s title
* Updating Collection’s description
* Updating Collection’s handle
* Updating Collection’s SEO meta title and description
* Updating Collection’s featured image

# Workarounds

* Best solution is to use your Airtable to change these informations.
* These informations will also update when another collection webhook is triggered.
* We're also working on a new feature this will let you refresh your Airtable synced base with your store data whenever you want to.
