# 🛒 Missing Variants IDs and Products IDs in Orders tab

Some of your records inside the `Orders tab` display 0 for columns `Product ID` and/or `Variant ID`?

No worries, this is a normal behavior.
It means that your product or variant does not exist anymore in your store catalog.

Because:
* You added a Custom Item during the order process (and Shopify does not create a Product from that)
* You deleted a Product or Variant.
