đź”’ How we take care of your data

At SyncBase, we know your store’s data is your most valuable asset. That’s why we handle it with the highest standards of security, transparency, and care — and we continuously improve our processes to keep it that way.


đź”’ No data storage


SyncBase acts only as a connector between Shopify and Airtable — not as a data storage solution. We process webhooks, but no store data (products, customers, orders…) is stored on our servers.


đź”’ No data sharing


Your data remains your property. We never use it for any purpose other than syncing your Shopify store with your Airtable account. No SyncBase employee, partner, or third party has access to your data.


🇪🇺 European servers


All our servers are located in Europe and fully compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.


🛡️ No deletion from Airtable


To prevent accidental mass deletion, SyncBase disables the ability to delete entire data objects (like Products, Customers, or Orders) from Airtable by default.

Of course, you can still update, create, or modify records — such as switching a product from "Live" to "Draft."

If you prefer, we can re-enable deletion upon request.


đź”’ Restricted access


Once the synced data generation is complete, you can safely restrict SyncBase’s access to only the synced base. Learn more in our dedicated guide about the Airtable Personal Access Token.


✍️ NDA option


We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request. Please note that you will be responsible for providing the NDA and managing the electronic signature process.
