# 📝 Blog posts (articles) synchronization: how does it work?

You can synchronize your Shopify Blog posts (also called Articles) with Airtable thanks to SyncBase.
This allows you to manage, edit, and analyze your blog content directly from Airtable while keeping Shopify in sync.

# Overview

* Blog posts data can be found in the `Blog posts` table
* Each record represents a single Shopify Blog post and stays synchronized in real time.

# Blog posts data you can sync

__SyncBase currently supports the synchronization of the following Blog post fields__:

* Blog post ID
* Blog ID
* Title
* Handle
* Author
* Body
* Summary
* Tags
* Visibility
* Published At
* Theme Template
* SEO Title
* SEO Description
* Linked Blog (Linked Record)

The **Linked Blog** field is automatically created and links each blog post to its parent Blog.

# Creating a new blog post from Airtable

Yes, you can create a new blog post directly from Airtable.
Simply add a new record in the **Blog posts** table and fill in the required fields.
SyncBase will create the blog post in Shopify and assign it a Blog post ID automatically.

# Creating a new blog post from Shopify

When a new Blog post is created in your Shopify admin, it will be synced to Airtable within seconds.
The new Blog post will appear as a new record in the `Blog posts` table.

# Deleting a blog post

Blog posts cannot be deleted from Airtable.
To delete a Blog post, you must do it directly from Shopify.
Once deleted in Shopify, the change will be automatically reflected in Airtable.
